1.In my eyes,Yao Ming is a person whom i feel contribute to widespread improvement in my country.Before 2002,playing basketball is not really popular in China,NBA is far away from teenagers of eastern country especially children in China,however,everything changed after Yao was selected by the Houston Rockets as the first overall pick in the 2002 NBA draft.He played really hard and well .He got so many fans soon not only in America but in China.More and more people started watching NBA matches and getting informations about America.Many americans also were willing to know the country where Yao born in and live in.The connection between China and America become closer and closer. He is one of the best Center in history of NBA.He also concentrate on protection of wild animals as the ambassador of Anti-shark hunting.This year,Yao help China win the opportunity to be host of the 2022 Winter Olympic Games as chief-ambassador of China.
2.The experiences and career of Nick Vujicic ,a famous Australian who was born without arms and legs motivate me to make a significant change in my life.Once i was a fat boy,i ate a lot greasy and sweet food such as cheese burgers ,bacon,candy and a lot of fast food but i wasn't willing to do any exercise not all. Time goes by, i became heavier and heavier.However,i determined to make a change after reading a book whose name was life without limits:inspiration for a ridiculously good life.He came over all the challenges in his life instead of was beaten by them.He jumps,swims,plays football,plays parachute jumping and even writes using his small arms.He also has a beautiful wife who treat Nick as her treasure.He has made thousands of speeches to encourage people who lost enthusiasm and confidence of life to face all those difficulties in 35 different countries or districts.All of things inspired and shocked me a lot.So i started doing fat reduction and weight exercises.Now i am 20kg lighter than me of one year ago and strong enough to keep healthy.
